Hey all,

I’ve been busy the past couple months doing freelance work. Over the holidays I worked with Artist Amber Norgaard, designing the packaging for her new CD release.

She did a limited release (1000 copies) for “Light to the World”. Here’s the copy I recieved in the mail just after Christmas. :)

Amber got a lot of amazing feedback on the CD and the design work. So when it came time to do the re-design for the official CD release of “Unexpected Grace,” I was able to improve upon the design.

I will post pictures as soon as my copy of the CD comes in the mail. Here is the flyer I designed for Amber’s release party.

I was right. There is a 24-48 hour turnaround time from when items are created to when they are available in the store. It will probably take me a few weeks to get a good inventory built up.

In other news, my exercise challange last week wasn’t a complete loss. While I wasn’t able to work out every day, I did get in four days…

Sunday – 45 minutes cardio
Monday – 45 minutes cardio
Tuesday – 15 cardio? Not sure if this counts. I was moving at a snails pace after 10 minutes. I had to quit after that. I was in too much pain. I felt like a 90 year old woman every muscle was stiff and sore. And I felt fine at the beginning of my workout! :(
Wednesday – Still in pain. I finished Noah’s birthday painting and then fell asleep on the sofa watching “Say Yes to the Dress” with the girls.
Thursday – Noah’s birthday. I played with toys most of the evening
Friday - 40 minutes Cardio
Saturday – Woke up in pain. Things kind of went downhill from there. I spent most of the day in bed with my kindle and laptop. A brief trip to the grocery store was all I could manage.

Spending the weekend setting up my Zazzle store. It looks like there is a 24-48 hour turnaround time for available items to show up in the store. However, the links to each individual item work just fine. So I can still share. :)
